The cash withdrawal instructions submitted before 12:00 noon of a trading day will be processed within the same day. Instructions submitted after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next trading day.
如客戶在中午12:00前提交「款項提取」，指示將於當天處理；如客戶的「款項提取」在中午12:00後提交，指示則安排在下一個交易日處理。

You will receive the following statements:
- Combined Daily Statement of Account and Contract Notes
- Monthly Statement
The “Combined Daily Statement of Account and Contract Notes” provides details of your transactions on trading, deposit, or payment taken place at the end of each trading day.
The “Monthly Statement” is issued for all securities trading accounts for which there is a balance or activities during the preceding month.
Statements will be sent to you on the day or before the next trading day after issuance by e-mail to your specified email address.

Yes, you can sell the stock before settlement date as long as the buy order of the day has been partially or fully executed. You can also buy a stock using unsettled fund to be received from your sell order which has been partially or fully executed the same day.
可以，只要客戶能確定買入指示經已成功執行，代表已持有該股票，客戶即可將剛買進的股票於同日沽出。同時，賣出股票的款項當日已可作另一筆交易使用。

Settlement of Hong Kong stock trades is basis on T+2, i.e. 2 business days after trade date “T”. No fund/scrip withdrawal is allowed before T+2.
香港股票交收時間為交易日(稱為「T」日)後的第2個交易日(即「T+2」日)；在T+2以前，客戶不能提取現金、實物股票及進行買入股份的轉託管。
