You can mail in your account opening application by the following steps:

1. Download, complete and sign the Corporate Account Opening Form.
2. Download, complete and sign the Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure.
3. Download, complete and sign the Tax Form W-8BEN-E.
4. Prepare and attach the supporting documents.
5. Mail your completed Account Opening form with supporting documents to our Hong Kong office.

Supporting Documents:

• Authorized Person’s Personal Identification (e.g. Passport, valid Hong Kong Identity Card, valid China Identity Card).
• Proof of Authorized Person/ Trustee/ Protector Address from recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, telephone bill, bank statement, income tax statement).
• For Hong Kong Registered Company: Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration.
• For Overseas Registered Company: Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Incumbency or certification issued by a lawyer or accredited accountant from a jurisdiction recognized by China International Securities Limited.
• Instrument defining the company’s constitution (e.g. Memorandum and Articles of Association).
• Minutes of Board Meeting instructing the opening of account and identifying the authorized persons.

Professional Investor Assessment
If a corporate client wishes to apply as a professional investor, assets should exceed HK$40,000,000 and please complete the Professional Investor Assessment segment in the Corporate Account Opening Form.

Witnessing Signature: 
If the client’s signature is not witnessed in the presence of a China International Securities licensed staff, the client shall:

1. Sign the forms before a professional person (e.g. SFC licensed or registered person, a Justice of Peace, bank manager, lawyer, certified public accountant, chartered secretary, or notary public), or
2. Enclose a bank cheque of HK$10,000 or above, having the same signature as the Corporate Account Opening Form made to the name of ‘China International Securities Limited’.

  • 獲授權人/受託者/監察人的三個月內有效地址證明 （例如：水費、電費、電話費、煤氣、差餉、銀行結單、含有地址的有效
    身份證/駕駛執照
  • 香港註冊公司：公司註冊證及商業登記
  • 海外註冊公司：公司註冊證及董事在職證明書 / 在律師或認可會計師確認的董事在職證明書
  • 公司架構章程文件 （例如：公司組織章程大綱及細則）
  • 董事會會議記錄有關到本行開戶的決議及其獲授權人士的資料

專業投資者
如希望申請成成為專業投資者，需擁有超過港幣四千萬萬的資產, 並請填寫開戶表格內的（專業投資者評核表）

見證人:
如客戶簽署文件時, 並非由中國國際證券持牌職員見證, 請遵從以下其中一項:

1. 1. 所有開戶文件，請於專業人士（證監會執照或註冊人，和平法官，銀行經理，律師，註冊會計師，特許秘書或公證人）見證下簽署，並由相關人士簽署證明核對身份證明文件及地址證明；或
   2. 請連同港幣一萬元或以上的香港本地銀行個人支票，其包含跟開戶文件已一樣的簽名， 抬頭人為 “China International Securities Limited”
