How to Apply 如何申請
There are many ways to open your account.
Please refer below for your most convenient and preferred option.

Bring your supporting documents to our office for your account opening:
- Personal Identification (e.g. Passport, valid Hong Kong Identity Card, valid China Identity Card)
- Proof of Address from recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, telephone bill, bank statement, income tax statement)
- For Joint Accounts, please bring supporting documents for joint account holders.

- 三個月內有效地址證明（例如：水費、電費、電話費、煤氣、差餉、銀行結單、含有地址的有效身份證/駕駛執照）
- 對於聯名賬戶：請提供聯名賬戶持有人的證明文件
You can mail in your account opening application by the following steps:
- Download, complete and sign the Individual Account Opening Form.
- Download, complete and sign the Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure.
- Download, complete and sign the Tax Form W-8BEN.
- Prepare and attach the supporting documents.
- Mail your completed Account Opening form with supporting documents to our Hong Kong office.
Supporting Documents:
- Personal Identification (e.g. Passport, valid Hong Kong Identity Card, valid China Identity Card)
- Proof of Address from recent 3 months (eg. utilities bill, telephone bill, bank statement)
Professional Investor
If you wish to apply as a professional investor, your assets should exceed HK$8,000,000 and please complete the Professional Investor Assessment segment in the Individual Account Opening Form.
Witnessing Signature:
If the client’s signature is not witnessed in the presence of a China International Securities licensed staff, the client shall:
- Sign the forms before a professional person (e.g. SFC licensed or registered person, a Justice of Peace, bank manager, lawyer, certified public accountant, chartered secretary, or notary public), and provide documentation of their identity that they have verified the ID, address proof and witnessed the signature of the client; or
- Enclose a bank cheque (from a Hong Kong bank) of HK$10,000 or above, having the same signature as the Individual Account Opening Form made to the name of ‘Chines International Securities Limited’.

- 將完成的開戶表格與證明文件郵寄至我們香港辦事處
證明文件:
- 個人證件（列如： 護照, 香港身份證, 中國身份證）
- 三個月內有效地址證明 例如：水費、電費、電話費、煤氣、差餉、銀行結單、含有地址的有效身份證/駕駛執照）
專業投資者
如希望申請成成為專業投資者，需擁有超過港幣八百萬的資產, 並請填寫開戶表格內的（專業投資者評核表）
見證人:
如客戶簽署文件時, 並非由中國國際證券持牌職員見證, 請遵從以下其中一項:
- 所有開戶文件，請於專業人士（證監會執照或註冊人，和平法官，銀行經理，律師，註冊會計師，特許秘書或公證人）見證下簽署，並由相關人士簽署證明核對身份證明文件及地址證明；或
- 請連同港幣一萬元或以上的香港本地銀行個人支票，其包含跟開戶文件已一樣的簽名， 抬頭人為 “China International Securities Limited”
